Hot Dip Galvanized Steel Coils is produced by passing Cold Rolled Steel Coil through a Zinc at temperatures of around 460 degrees Celsius.

The Zinc coating on the steel coil substrate acts as a barrier between the atmosphere and the surface of the metal. Further due to it’s lower chemical potential as compared to Iron(Fe),it is attacked and dissolved first, thereby offering superior corrosion resistance.

The annual capacity of our Continuous Galvanizing Line(CGL) is 500,000 tons. We apply the Vertical Non-Ox technology for our hot dip galvanizing process which is the most advanced and wildly used in the world. The size range of our production is 0.25~3.80mm X 650-1250mm.
